The thirteen houses illustrated here were designed by Walter Dobkins and built in Rainbow Beach and Wallu in sub-tropical Queensland. Originally from Zambia, Central Africa, and currently living in Rainbow Beach, Walter is an accomplished architect whose career has spanned over 50 years. His designs have minimal impact on the environment and are in harmony with it. They also eloquently express the individual aspirations of his clients and, most importantly, are affordable.
