In actuality, Anna Hepler rarely stands still for very long. She is a woman of spritely motions and galloping curiosity. These photographs frame her in the constant, but rarely perceptible, act of observation. Dan Dowd literalizes the act of seeing through her and, in so doing, acknowledges the artist’s duty to share the world as they encounter it.
Maura J. Zimmer is an illustrator and graphic designer with a fondness for paper and just about anything lovely that will stick to it. She has a broad interest in making things by hand, music, nature, writing, history and modern culture, all of which inform her work.
