After post grad business school spent several years with large multi-nationals in marketing roles. Moved across to advertising in my late 20's. Associated with well known and acclaimed campaigns for high profile clients. Started my own ad agency which went on to become rated as one of the most creative agencies in the UK during the 90's. Sold to Omnicom, merged with one of their global networks. Moved to Ogilvy & Mather as Chairman & CEO of UK group. Spent the last 4 years or so advising CEO's on game changing business initiatives. My short book is the result of many people asking me to write down my advice and guidance on starting your own business in a creative world.
