About the Book
A year ago I was diagnosed with a chronic illness. After trying dozens of drugs, and finding nothing that would help with the pain and exhaustion, and my quality of life suffering, I finally decided to take matters into my own hands.
The first step in finding out how to get better, was to find out what made me sick. No diet log, diet book, or health tracker had what I needed, so I created my own.
With this I can track everything that affects my day to day health...from weight, sleep, sex, cycles, acne, pain scale, supplements, and exercise....to a food log for meals, snacks, beverages, and a place to note stressors and events that contribute to the exacerbation of symptoms.
I truly believe there is a way to heal ourselves of many things or at least make them more tolerable, if we can just pay attention to what our bodies are trying to tell us.
