Organic and inorganic materials fascinate me due to their intrinsic design qualities, I've been scanning these subjects since 2002.

Traditional macro photography methods have no place in my process, I use desktop scanners and occasionally a supplemental light source.

This book includes my favorite object scans: bones, feathers, plant materials and metal shavings. I see something in all of them.
