How To Stay In Your FEEL GOOD, is all about how to practice staying in your FEEL GOOD. It teaches us how to recognize and change a bad feeling into a good one.
This inspirational book was designed for children and inspired by the original FEEL GOOD Recipe created by Joanna Christensen. Illustrations by Rita Jane Edwards.
Included are coloring pages and FEEL GOOD cut out cards for play and interaction.
You will find the FEEL GOOD Recipe in the grown up section on the last five page of the book.
All profits from this book will be donated to Dr. Patch Adams Gesundheit Institute www.patchadams.org

Mother of three and a grandmother of two. I am forever inspired by my loved ones around me.
For most my life I have used my creative process to find my FEEL GOOD place. As a self taught artist I have worked with many mediums, watercolor, acrylics, wood work, and glass to name a few.
I realize I have to do what I love to be in my FEEL GOOD.
Writing down my ideas, and dreams, was the beginning of my desire to write books.
So, do something you LOVE for 15 minutes a day!
And see how soon YOU find your FEEL GOOD.
