A research and pictorial history of the Cohea family out of Maryland and into the South reaching back to the earliest documented ancestor of this line until the early 1900's.
It covers the family members, their homesteads, memories, accomplishments, trials and tribulations.
Their military records of the time is a very important part of the family story here.
The book is intended to be a teaching tool and has ample space for personal notes to be recorded by it's owner.
I have been exposed to family history my entire childhood but it was not until I reached late adulthood that I realized what my duty to my family history was to be. I never understood the true meaning of it growing up but soon began my research into the things I was too young to grasp early in life, I found and continue to feel the passion in history that you can touch, even experience through living history, research, and teaching.
