A pictorial history of a Second Life sculpture garden
by Morris Vig with a number of friends
A pictorial history of the 13-month life of one of Second Life's most influential arts and culture venues. Almost 700 individual photos in the 200 page book. History and the arts come together in a virtual world!
Morris Vig created a small waterfront sculpture garden and grew it into one of Second Life's largest art venues. During Vig's tenure at Oyster Bay, it was the second-highest vote-receiving arts venue in the 2007 Corsa Guide competition and was voted Most Influential Venue & Owner in Krystal Epic's "Best of SL Art 2007." Morris also was named Resident of the Week in the "Metaverse Messenger" newspaper in August 2007. Vig still wanders the grid to this day, always searching for new inspiration and creativity.
