HDR and 35mm black and white renditions of local abandonments in and around Seattle Washington, and more specifically Snohomish County. I'd hesitate to call it true urban exploration since most of the locations are either suburban or rural. My hope is that the mood of the photographs compliment the accompanying lyrics or vice versa, given how thoroughly I rely on music for inspiration. And where no lyrical inspiration can be derived I truly hope the shots stand on their own, leaving you to interpret them how you might.

You should get this book. I really mean that. The way Eric first finds the scenery, The story. And then the processing of the images. It is truly amazing. Even if you are a person that can not fully appreciate the subtle beauty of his deconstruction. I am sure if you spend the time checking out what is in this book you too will be hooked by it. And perhaps even beg for more! I am already excited to see what he comes up with next!
PS The lyrics to the pictures are pretty snazzy! Makes me want to hunt these songs down and listen to them while gazing at these awesome images.
Thanks Eric!
