This is a collection of introspective and fiction-based poetry, accompanied with complimenting abstract black and white photography. It's a diary spanning several years of the author's life, providing what was once only a private expression of some of his most intense thoughts and emotions.


About the Author

John Borthiry
JRED Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada
Born in the Cumbrian hills in Northwest England, John moved to Canada at age five with his family and spent the rest of his childhood in Guelph, Ontario. After experimenting initially with standard rhyming methods and thought journaling, John started his exploration into free-verse poetry while still in his early twenties. Inspired by everything from nature to religion, John’s poetic and photographic work has become a regular and important pastime in his life, and a valuable outlet for his natural artistic talent. John’s other interests include traveling, movies, sciences, reading, and he loves to spend time with those who are most important to him. John now resides in Toronto, Ontario.
