When approaching a special occasion,
we have two major goals. Our personal challenges are, first, to capture the individual beauty of the people & to show the subjects in the manner in which they see themselves. This requires sensitivity to the subjects' desires, and the ability to impart permanence to a moment in time, a subtlety that will speak to those who view the photographs long after the wedding day has passed. Our second challenge is to put on paper the composition of matter and light that we envision. The final photographs are the embodied balance of these two goals.
