'TALKING PICTURES..'3 Ole' Lancashire Special Edtion.. Bill Hart
About the Book
"Welcome to my 3rd Volume of "Talking Pictures"..
"Every picture tells a story... so they say. But some pictures tell more than just a story alone. Some manage turn our thoughts into words and more meaningfully.. emotional responses.
Reactions vary considerably betwixt different people or even the same people might react differently at a different time, so this book is purposely designed and meant be used over and over again in a sort of none-competitive game of mild amusement.
In using it so, Talking Pictures is a book to share.. getting you to interact socially with another whilst leafing your way through it slowly; getting you thinking a little, talking and even debating the many points and issues as the pages are turned.
It is not for me to say that you will enjoy owning this book either. Quite the contrary, you may become to hate it with a vengeance.. eventually. However you take it, I have a simple piece of advice for you.. just let Talking Pictures do it's own thing.. or whatever.. or just ignore my suggestions because after all - you bought this book so you can do what the hell you want with it.. can't you!.
But, if you play crafty like me and leave this book idly lying on the coffee table or similar, for any of your unsuspecting visitors to spot at will, then you can play the game with them and make up your own fun rules as you go.. see what I mean. This is an interactive book.. play games with it, psyche-out your friends and guests with it, learn how they really tick and get under their skin without them noticing what that little devil inside you is actually getting up too..
One last thing.. you must never let go of this book ever. Never loan it or give it away. For it to work it's magic formula for you, it must stay with you, and only you for the rest of your life. That was the deal when you went ahead and bought this book - it became a part of you. And if happens your guests insist in taking your copy away with them, then - tell 'em to sod-off and buy their own!"
