Sketchbook in hand, I spend as much time as possible gathering artistic inspiration on wilderness adventures. My goal is to capture the intangibles, the smell of hiking in the rain, the rush of an incoming ocean tide, the thrill of a wildlife encounter. I put together my first book after an Artist in Residence summer in Glacier National Park and I can't seem to stop. I hope my books inspire your own wilderness explorations, even if it's in your own back yard. Enjoy!
