It is the impermanence of the action that makes
it special, and therefore a large part of the value
accorded to an image lies in its ephemeral nature.
This photography is a visual diary of decades
spent walking the streets of the City. Here I've
created scenes from my own observation of the
subject @ hand. Trying to create an almost
cinematic montage. It's a collection of images,
a matter of visiting and revisiting, a level of
persistent viewing, and the ability to enter an
alert state of looking.
Life truly is a stage.
