The eye of the architect is trained to see the world in a unique way. It affords them the ability to recognize patterns, geometry, light, color, and spatial forms that might otherwise go without notice.

Matthew has created a beautifully photographed collection of pieces that are tied together explaining the relationships between form, color, and patterns. Photos are from all different locations, but each expresses a beauty and magic that clearly illustrate the element of art. Whether the location is the Brooklyn train yards or the villages of Italy, grace, beauty and design are apparent. Beauty truly is seen in places that we pass by daily, never stopping to see the inherent art in all things. Matthew allows us to see, stop and appreciate!
