Photographer and designer Andy Royston walks the beaches of Ft Lauderdale Beach every morning.

This collection of dawn photographs is taken by iPhone3Gs and iPhone4 using the Lomora2 filter app and aims to show that even in the early hours the beach is full of color, contrasts and character.

The palm trees, the dunes, the sands and the mighty ocean are all shown in a new light.
