Sporting a small frame, standing 5'2" just barely 100 lbs Joy Rojas arrived from The Philippines ready to conquer her greatest challenge to date Takbong Pangarap " The Dream Run". A run across America, with her companion Matt. Joy and Matt struck out from Los Angeles on Mothers Day 2009 headed for New York City. Not knowing the great adventure that lay ahead. A two time winner of “The Andre Schellenberg Award ” and other photographic awards while in the U.S. Air Force. My involvement with photography and imaging spans over 30 years, creating promotional images for working professionals. We are currently experiencing the most exciting period in the history of imaging since the introduction of the Kodak Brownie Instamatic Camera. The world of photography, image capture and manipulation has advanced dramatically in the last decade. I have been a part of this explosion of technology since it’s inception.
