This book is meant to encourage those who are going through a winter season of their life. A time when life seems cold, dark, and harsh. This book calls us to remember that winter does not last, it can not win over the heat of the sun. When we turn our eyes towards God's son, then the winter is defeated. Gather warmth and hope from these thoughts and verses from God's word. Pictures are of Owen Sound, Ontario and area.

About the Author

Carolyne Conquest
Conquest Owen Sound, Ontario, Canada

I am married to a great husband, and we have 4 wonderful daughters. I have been a teacher for over 20 years and am an avid reader in my spare time. God has carried me through some tough seasons and this book reflects some of my thoughts looking back at that time. I enjoy reading romance and mystery, but one of my all time favourite authors is Max Lucado. I love his insights on God and life.
