This is the story of the death of David Thomas Watt, Dad to loads of us and husband of Sandra. It isn’t a sad story – but there as are some sad bits. It is a story of how the large Watt family coped with the news that David (Dad) was dying of cancer. And it is a story of how we, the Watt family, all worked together to support each other, and of course Dad, through this traumatic time. But what is unique about this story is that it is told through a blog kept by David's wife Sandra, the comments on the blog by family and friends and a diary that David kept. It is told in the style, voice and tone of all of those involved and affected. It is funny at times, sad at others but most of all it is a story of love.
