Janelle has had a love of painting, and of mythology since she was 9 years old. In addition to creating her own work in her studio Janelle also works as a 3D Surfacing artist on animated feature films. Among some of her main inspirations are Nature and the inter-connectivity of all life. Artists who inspire her include Georgia O'Keefe, Frida Kahlo, Susan Seddon Boulet, Helena Nelson Reed, Jasper Johns, Robert Rauschenberg, and Paul Klee.
