This book is a photographic account of a group of young people in Hastings on the south coast of England who are into free running. It is about their self expression, positivity and creativity and is set against the backdrop of Hastings seafront where it all takes place. The photos are a celebration of both the action and the young people themselves and are an intimate portrait of an important aspect of their lives.
