The Last Dragon is set in the Acacia Valley and Melbourne Victoria, Australia between the years of 1922 & 1940. The story is told through the eyes of the young and vulnerable Lucy Trentham.
Lucy has a simple uncomplicated life and plans for her future until her sister gives birth to an illegitimate baby; and, Lucy is raped by a man she once trusted.
