Take a trip through the land of Don Quixote as photographers Kass and Eric Mencher discover the people and places that make Spain a unique and surreal country.
As a photojournalist at The Philadelphia Inquirer until August, 2009, I traveled the world, the country and the region photographing everything from wars to World Series. Now I work on personal photographic projects, including many with my wife, Kass Mencher. For over a decade we've worked on a series titled "Duets", which juxtaposes our pictures of the same place, person, event or landscape. We're currently finishing a decade-long project on the Lincoln Highway, the first cross-country road in the United States and preparing for an exhibition of our Guatemala photos at the Meson Panza Verde Gallery in Antigua, Guatemala.
