This is the book form of my blog, Synseye, over the summer and fall of 2012. The blog documents my trip across the United States retracing my roots as an Army Brat. I rediscover the joys of viewing the country out the car window and visit most of the twenty houses I lived in growing up in the nomadic lifestyle of military life. Primarily a photographer, my images are rich in color and denote the dream-like expanse of our eclectic landscape.
I photograph places and ideas. I live and work in New York City, on a small island, with my family and several talkative birds.
