I started writing poetry when my mother went into a nursing home. She passed away in April 2000. She inspired me then and she still inspires me.
I am 54 years old and I have been married since Aug 1970. I have a very loving husband and a dog that is "our child"....I love to write poetry, even if some of it is not great, I hope you like it....Thank you
