About the Book
Over 1 million people die from malaria every year and 90% of those are in Africa. To help stem this epidemic in sub-Saharan Africa, HIS Nets (www.hisnets.org) distributes treated mosquito nets to those most susceptible to the disease.
In June, 2008, I traveled to Ghana with eight others from four U.S. churches. We distributed 2500 mosquito nets to families living in the Volta River Region. This book of photographs and short commentary is my reflection about that experience.
