I have been an artist all my life. I have worked in painting, drawing, sculpture, jewelery, ceramics, glass blowing, wood working and, last but not least, photography. I graduated with a degree in fine arts from San Jose State University in 1975. I picked up my first camera about 35 years ago. It was an old Exacta that my father brought back after WWII. It needed a hand held light meter and everything had to be calculated manually. How far photography has come since then! Over the years, I have become more and more passionate about the art of photography and it has become my number one form of artistic expression.
