Floyd Bennett Field, designated as a National Historic Landmark District for its significance and contributions in the early development of aviation and contributions to national defense during World War 2, is part of the Jamaica Bay Unit of the Gateway National Recreation Area. Despite the historical significance most people have no idea what activities take place at the field. My intentions of this book was to make all that information available all in one sitting with no filter.
