About the Creator
Graduating with a degree in English/Italian literature during a major recession in 1981, life for many years took some somewhat unorthodox turns. However, following a creative path in life has always been of paramount concern. I am mainly self-taught as an artist, but did attend two two-year part-time courses in the 80's - the one in painting and drawing, the other in craft materials. Since 1996 I have lived and worked in Hungary - mainly through Tesol, though I have also exhibited and in recent years, am once more devoting increasingly more time to the creative side of my life. These include working on larger mixed-media pieces using materials ranging from wax and polystyrene to glass fragments, smaller abstract mixed-media collage pieces on paper, and abstract drawings either in colour or in black and white. I have also designed a full 78 colour deck of Tarot cards, the trumps of which were published by Adam Mc Clean in 2006. They are now available at The Gamecrafter.
