This book shows photographs of the wildlife of Sir Bani Yas Island, now Arabia's richest wildlife reserve with 30 species of mammals and 170 species of birds. It is an example of how ecosystems can be maintained and successfully enhanced with dedication and investment in the environment. I hope you enjoy it.

My passion for photography is only superseded by my love for nature and wildlife. When I drove from the crowded streets of Abu Dhabi to Sir Bani Yas Island I was a suddenly transferred into in my favorite environment; one of preservation and conservation. What you see is a naturally beautiful habitat and the sounds you hear are from those who dwell within it. My regret is that I only had two days to stay. The images you see are but a glimpse into this peaceful place.
