About the Creator
Myriam Abdelaziz is an Egyptian / French Free lance Documentary Photographer. Born in Cairo, she grew up in Geneva before moving to Cairo in 1987 and then to Paris in 1996. She speaks fluently Arabic, French and English. Myriam received her BA in Political Science from the American University in Cairo and a Master in Journalism from Paris X University. She graduated from the International Center of Photography and has been based in New York since 2005. Her work has been published in Courrier International, Eyemazing, Adbusters La Republica del Donne, The British Journal of Photography, Fortune, Queens Chronicle, Technikart and PHOTO Magazine, She is currently mainly working on stories in Africa and the Middle East. Redux, Grazia Neri and Millenium Images syndicate her work.
