The title of the book "Alternative" was used because the paintings are created with a different technique, which is applied by the artist. The book exhibits a number of paintings, which are available for sale. The original paintings are not for sale, but only a limited number of copies are. However each and every copy is hand processed, to create a bas-relief effect on the surface of the canvas, so it becomes unique in its way.
