Photographs of Venice shot only with an iPhone 4S. The title for this book came to me when I reviewed my photographs and considered the method by which they had been shot. Since on this occasion I hadn't wanted to heft around my heavy Nikon and even heavier lenses, which along with a tripod generally make for 'serious' and more time-consuming work, the opposite of that was for me a tiny, lightweight camera with which to take quick snaps, not lingering too long or working with full manual camera settings as I usually do, but considering nothing beyond the lighting conditions and the composition. I hope that I have succeeded in capturing Venice in a slightly different light, through choice of subject matter along with the methods of shooting and processing.
