"I have the first edfition and am very pleased with it. The book is well organized, informative and features great photography throughout. Anyone interested in the architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright will be fascinated by the work of AIA Gold Medal winner E. Fay Jones. Mr. Jones shared Wright's principles but made them his own in the fresh and original buildings he created."

A comment about the book from architect and author Patrick J. Meehan:

"The E. Fay Jones Guide Book: His Surviving Built Work by Craig W. Stevens is a wonderful and outstanding guide to a great American architect's work. I intend to consult this useful guide often in both my travels and research. The many color photographs are heretofore previously unpublished interiors, exteriors, and details of E. Fay Jones' built works illustrating Jones' genius. The many color photographs and maps are both excellent and very useful. I think Fay would be proud of this book!"

A comment from Laurie Virr:

"For all of those who are aware of the Architecture of Euine Fay Jones it will prove to be a valuable resource, whilst I am sure it will act as a catalyst for the uninitiated to explore his work. The subject was well chosen, as Fay Jones was, indisputably, the finest organic architect of the last quarter of the 20th Century. "

"With my being a retired Architect, I have sincere appreciation of the accomplishments of both E. Fay Jones and his mentor, Frank Lloyd Wright, in their similar but separate approaches to architecture. In addition, I have admiration of my friend, Craig W. Stevens, for the dedication and endurance required for the completion and publication of the excellent E. Fay Jones Guide Book."

"This is an astounding volume! Unlike other guide books to some other architectural structures, the photos here are dynamic! They are sharp and in color unlike the muddy black & white works seen in other guides. This work is comprehensive, thorough and extremely well-presented. The author's efforts are overwhelming and this well-made book demonstrates just that. I bought two copies and I'll likely buy more for gifts to discerning friends who share my interests in great architecture. Oh, and it's easy to carry with me!"
