About the Book
A guide to nutritional foods, wellness and living green for the busy suburbanite and city-dweller.
I grew up in Southern California and spent 20 years as a domestic and international flight attendant. When I left the airlines I started a pet sitting business; offering organic pet food, dog and cat sitting and clothing. Inbetween my dog business I flew and catered corporate jets, became a certified yoga instructor and then owned and actively managed a day spa. During my time at the spa I became a licensed facial specialist and worked with cosmetic surgeons and chemists. I enjoyed working with advanced skin peeling techniques and product formulations. Product formulations I found to be very similar to food formulations or processed foods. Mixing items together to create a desired effect with a high yield, but was it good for the skin and good for the body and did it harm animals unnecessarily? Researching my questions opened my eyes to a whole new world. I currently oversee an orthopedic practice and manage a REIT.
