I have a real passion for Africa, and recently worked for a non-profit charity called Fields of Life that works in East Africa. Its mission statement is to change lives and to build sustainable communities through the provision of quality education, health care and income generating projects.

I have been fortunate to have the chance to travel to Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda and Burundi. This book contains photos from my travels. Most of the children are pupils of schools which Fields of Life has built.

African children amaze me. They are dignified, strong, beautiful. Their unwavering hope and faith are a constant inspiration to me. This book is dedicated to the amazing children of East Africa.
