Jacques Hiver is a playwright and a scriptwriter. He has been writing plays, fiction and documentaries for radio and television since 1981. Amongst others, Judith Magre, Claude Rich and Jacques Dufilho have interpreted his texts. He is also the composer of a Requiem and a Gloria. Producer of audio CD, he participates in the safeguarding of the audio heritage by editing the original recordings of the concert works and original music composed by Maurice Jarre. Rewarded the Grand Prix Charles Cros, he is also Knight of the Order of the Arts and Letters.
Hélène Hervet is a journalist specializing in articles on tourism and gastronomy. She has written many travel logs evoking worldwide journeys, as well as portraits of great chefs, including Alain Passard, Guy Martin, Georges Blanc… She also evokes encounters with “people” who produce, raise and transform quality regional products. Ex-President of the Association of Tourism Journalists, she has provided weekly columns in the journal “La Vie
