Class room impressions of the soon to be demolished St.Nicolaas Lyceum in Amsterdam
by Paul van Riel
This school's iconic 1950's structure will be demolished in early 2013. The St.Nicolaas Lyceum in Amsterdam was founded in 1948. The school's brand new, nearby, premises will be in use from late October 2012.
This book contains a selection of photos of the old building, taken during the 2012 summer break.
Classroom clocks form a red thread through these images.
A second volume with a more in-depth view and many more photos, is in the making.
