About the Creator
Born and raised in Los Angeles, I always had an affinity for cooking. Once completing school, having attended Santa Monica College and Art Center College of Design, I opened my first restaurant, the Blue Board Café in Beverly Hills California, and found that working in the kitchen was truly second nature, and would become a life long passion. Years later, after selling the restaurant, I started up a successful catering enterprise “Papa Don’s” and found myself marketing and stocking gourmet style soups and salads at eateries all around Los Angeles. Taking time out with wife Linda to raise our family, we relocated to the East Coast where I worked in several kitchens in and around Mystic Connecticut. Presently I reside in Los Angeles, California writing content and commentary for several online publications, and recently published the fiction work “Creation Anomaly”.
