A native of Missouri, she came to Washington, DC as a
young Senate aide and spent a career working with
environment and conservation organizations to preserve
wilderness, wild lands, and urban parks.
Her photographic style captures life's chance moments, and
records objects and street scenes. She explores color, shapes,
light, and atmosphere.
