On the surface, an interpretive rendition of natural things and areas in Sauk Co, Wisconsin, a documentataion of a visual experience of visiting the woods and "nature" areas; but also something deeper. An artist's reconnection to his natural self. A stimulation of spiritual feelings, values, and behavior. A record of his own inner "environmental" recovery. We see in the environment and natural world as what we are and what we seek.
A large lovely coffee table book containing nearly 300 color photographs, which the viewer can get lost in, like getting lost in the woods safely, or pleasantly in yourself, and unafraid, just in awe. Many images! You will forget what you first saw, but go back to see what you thought you saw. Start anywhere and wander through the pages, moving, experiencing, feeling and learning.
