Professional photographer Patrick Lentz of Boston spent 5 months walking up and down the streets of several cities in the North Shore of Boston, Massachusetts, as well as exploring neighborhoods in Boston itself, hunting down and photographing lawn statues of the Virgin Mary. The result is an extensive photo collection of over 560 individual statues shot on people's lawns and in front yards.

This book contains over 360 statues of the VirginMary that have been photographed in the cities of Revere, Chelsea, Everett, Malden, Winthrop, Somerville and Cambridge, as well as the East Boston and Dorchester parts of Boston.
