I love to entertain and keep busy. I work full time and have five beautiful children and a loving husband.
Cooking is my life and my passion and making a cook book full of my family's favourite dishes has been great. Although a little time consuming I can't wait to surprise them on Christmas day with all of the recipes I usually receive phone calls for :)
