Last night, I made your Butteflied Barbecued Leg-of-Lamb, along with Fruited Couscous with Moroccan Chicken Stew for 4 guests. Everyone was blown away with the wonderful and rich tastes, and the sweet iced mint tea was the perfect paring with the lamb.
