About the Book
Eastern Mediterranean Cruise
In the Spring of 2008, we took our first cruise to the Eastern Mediterranean with Shirley and Peter Jerome. We flew to Rome to board the Grand Princess at the port of Civitavecchia and were on the ship for twelve days as it cruised 2,609 nautical miles (4,832 kilometres) through the beautiful turquoise waters of the Mediterranean to end up in Venice. We visited Monte Carlo, Italy, Greece, and Turkey.
