My fascination with mobile phone photography started when I bought my first camera phone. I immediately caught the bug and I’ve grown addicted to this exciting and fast becoming legitimate tool for photographers. I have found that my phone is now my preferred choice. Just camouflage the phone camera in the palm of your hand, and be ready to snap any moment.
Photography is about memory, the memory of my past, of our collective past. I like the imperfect hazy image quality most phone cameras produce, much like recollecting memory of a dream. It is liberating to concentrate on the sheer moment and to allow my emotions, my sensibility to guide me. My subjects are captured undisguised, in natural light and public spaces. The more personal, intimate, close and unobtrusive I am the more rousing is the dream.
