I'm a writer and a bookworm by nature and but also like the way light and color tell a story. I can lose myself happily on a journey through images just as easily as I can through words. Much of my love of photography comes from being raised by one.

My father, a professional photographer, took pictures and developed them for several years since before I was born in 1975. I picked it up as a hobby in high school and now it has become something like an addiction.

I shoot with a Nikon. The coolpix3200, and old film camera with three lenses and a D60 with a 55mm and a telephoto.
