Cormac Figgis has worked as resident photographer for a number of venues, clubs and festivals in both Ireland and the UK, photographing hundreds of bands and musicians. 'Starlight' is his first collection of photographs, mostly taken between 2007 and 2011.
Acts from across various genres include The Stooges, Spandau Ballet, Sex Pistols, Primal Scream, Al Green, New York Dolls, Sonic Youth, Killing Joke, Gang of Four and The Fall.

Cormac is an Irish photographer from Dublin, now living in Hamilton Ontario. He specialises in music, fashion and portraiture. Cormac has a distinctive style. His attention to detail and emphasis on light creates dark, atmospheric portraits, along side his ability to capture unique, live moments on the stage. Cormac has worked with a large number of bands and recording artists, taking photographs for press, PR and album design. He has also covered concerts and festivals in Ireland, UK and Europe, and works as resident photographer for a number of venues and clubs in Dublin. He is currently resident photographer at This Ain't Hollywood in Hamilton. He works as a portrait and fashion photographer, taking private and corporate portraits, modeling test shots and model portfolios. His photographs have been used by several clothing shops including Urban Outfitters, Love & Hate and Maven Boutique.
