About the Author


William K. Woods is President of Applied Information Resources, a non-profit urban research and public policy corporation based in Cincinnati. He is the author of reports and articles on urban issues and government, and he has also published humor pieces over the years. He is a member of the board and past chair of Common Cause/Ohio.
