About the Book
So here it is, my book is finally out! After a lot of hard work I’m finally able to share my heart with you. "Eat Your Heart Out" is a collection of gluten-free, vegan, Ayurvedic recipes, different from what you will find on this website. The book is a whopping 128 pages, including over 40 mouth-watering recipes and over 30 pages of information. If you’ve tried some of the recipes on here, and are looking to delve a little further into a long-term health solution, then make room on the bookshelf.
Let’s be serious. Actually, let's not be so serious. I’m really trying to make things realistic for the average person. Everything in the book works to promote wellness of the systems of the body, to promote a state of holistic health. A healthy internal environment translates into a state of wellness within ones outer domain. We all create each others realities in one way or another, so what I'm trying to encourage is people to eat well, so that they feel well, think well, and live well. Realistically, I don't think I can change the world, but what I can do is strive for tangible changes within my reach. I sincerely hope those who read it enjoy it as much as I enjoyed creating it. The recipes and information are intended to lay a solid foundation for anyone trying to eliminate gluten from their diet, or looking to explore veganism and Ayurveda.
